The emperor was delighted beyond measure and escorted them with some of his main barons as he sent them on their way to India. After their departure his life became happy as he hoped that the mirror would be brought back through the subtle foresight and intelligence of the young men. He greatly enjoyed music and song and he invited the finest singers and musicians from each part of the country, and he regaled them with gifts, garden parties and hunting while he awaited with a great longing the return of the young men.
