Hello Pieter / Marina, I too stopped at this one. I would probably translate it as - Another face . . .
I think Delphine is exclaiming that he has chosen to paint a face yet again, rather than something else for a change. Marina, you can correct me on that, if I've missed the mark?
For me, 'one more face' is a bit too stilted and matter of fact - when I translate into English - I imagine someone saying it and hear the intonation in their voice.

Oh, I just realised I wasn't even talking about the sentence you were Pieter! But I think Marina's use of 'you' here is the better than 'one', which sounds very stilted and formal in speech. Even though it is an impersonal statement, here 'you' is being used to replace 'one' as we often do in spoken English when we make a statement or comment about what can be done by people in general.

A context question for my own clarity: "On peut passer toute sa vie... "; translates to "One can spend one's whole life... ", keeping the statement impersonal. So... Was it Frederic's intention to state personally, "you..."; or impersonally, "one..."?
