So you could translate this as:

One - If you have any problems, please don't hesitate to return it to us. (return the baby to us and we will replace it - likening it to a car or some other item

My thoughts: People are considering babies like cars. See unit 19.
"If there is a problem, bring it back to us and we'll give you another one or try to repair it with new pieces."

The verb rapporter has several meanings. I think here (considering the humor and sense of absurd of Martinez) One is speaking about the baby.

France, no, I thought the antecedent was 'le moindre souci' and I pluralized it, hence them. Leaving it in the singular, it would become: 'If you have any concern, please don't hesitate to report it to us.'

Mark, here "le" is for "le bébé". We use this masculine word for babygirl and babyboy aswell.
Did you write "them" because the gender is unclear in this sentence?
