Please see my comment on unit 111. "jo" can be translated a number of ways such as "indeed", "to be sure", "why", "you know", "isn't that so", etc. In this case I would suggest splitting it into two sentences: "I told you before, didn't I? That's something I can't know." That really captures the mood of the moment too.
