Tut mir Leid Ingrid, dass es so lange gedauert hat, bis ich zu diesem Satz zurückkomme. Man könnte ihn auch so schreiben, was vielleicht noch deutlicher wäre:
' . . . to the minister of police and confide to him all that had happened in connection with the alarming appearance of the young fellow and delivery of the casket.'
