by markvanroode 1 month agoI converted the phrases to complete sentences, and commas to periods for ease of reading and more natural rhythm in English. I should probably go back to chapter I and do the same where applicable. Elvestad's phrasing is perfect in Norwegian but in English perhaps this change should be considered part of the translation process. I really don't have the training necessary to say.
