Kromadamen Kaisa ble stående og se etter ham, det ble stille en stund rundt det store bord, man kunne høre Sigvards trinn nedover noen tretrapper, som førte ned til en brygge.

The inn keeper Kaisa stood and looked for him, there was silence for a while around the large table, you could hear Sigvard's steps down some wooden stairs, which led down to a pier.

Sounds good. Thanks.

Translating "kromadamen" as "The lady in the shop" in this context doesn't quite work. Later we have used "the madam of the inn". Other candidates could include "inn madam", "inn proprietress". In chapter I, unit 72, we used "inn keeper" without regard to gender. For this unit I would upvote "the inn keeper Kaisa".
