by markvanroode 3 months, 4 weeks agoThis unit does sound more like men drinking toasts to each other doesn't it, and the English preposition "to" conveys that image. I'll buy that. In fact, at a monthly fish dinner we sing a toast that includes the words, "...og skåler med hverandre!" So yeah, let's change "with" to "to". Thanks, Mark.

And it's up to the previous translator to incorporate the advice in a new translation, or not. After the discussion ends and edits are completed, other translators may decide to submit an alternative translation. Submitting another translation is usually done only when it is substantially different from the previous translation. Or if no edits have been made for a long time.
