Marina is right: Juana (the mother) is Big Juana. What worries me a little is that Juanita (the daughter) is the one who used to meet with Doña Inés frequently, while Juana (the mother) only did so for cooking or sewing matters. I fear that the author now also calls the daughter Larga (Big Juanita). I don't know, we will see later on and if necessary we will make more corrections.
