Warning: to avoid overly long units (the online publishing software cannot split a unit after a quotation mark), I have used a technique that others before me have used (I am not sure if I have mastered it that well); I added two punctuation marks (a slash followed by a period) after the closing quotation mark, which should be ignored in the translation.
