Mark,
gazon = herbe tondue ras, explique le dictionnaire.
For me "le gazon" evokes a golf course, or a tennis court at Wimbledon, a well-maintained lawn in front of an urban pavilion, I would rather say "dans l'herbe"; Is there a gardener to mow the turf on the island of dr. Moreau ?

Tu as mis un point à la phrase précédente, soit tu le supprimes, soit tu mets : Je remarquai qu'ils ....
